Choosing a home with presence: five questions for your daily life

By

Attilio La Manna

Connect your everyday priorities with a practical property comparison, from personal space to costs and unanswered questions.

Begin with your day

Before comparing finishes, describe a normal day in five lines. Where do you work, cook, rest, move and spend time with others? Use this personal picture as a starting point for the search.

Ask five questions

Where can I have privacy? Where would I share time with people? How does natural light enter the rooms I use? What would my ordinary journey outside be like? Which costs or restrictions still need checking? Record observations, not just a score.

Separate wishes from facts

A balcony may feel inviting, but permission to use it in a particular way needs confirmation. A green view does not establish an environmental certification. Request documents for claims about building performance and ask about restrictions before planning changes.

Compare one home at a time

Use the same questions for each property and include total costs and unresolved checks. Attilio offers complimentary personal coaching to clarify priorities alongside his real estate work. This is a conversation about your choices, not clinical care or a promise of financial results.
