A carefully selected search for places where people can live, gather and cultivate a relationship with nature. Private homes can be compact when generous, well-managed shared spaces support everyday life.
What makes a place suitable
Nature is essential. We assess access to shared areas, community management, spaces for movement and meditation, water, maintenance and permitted uses. Gardens and shared cultivation are included where feasible. A pool or a green marketing image is not enough.
